Mamakas’ mission has always been rooted in cultivating meaningful relationships with producers who care, and artisans steeped in tradition. For years, we’ve sought out the most authentic, unique and expressive flavours from our partners, bringing them to our tables with quality, authenticity and freshness.

Driven by a shared passion with my brother, Stavros, we discovered a very special organic olive grove this past summer, neighbouring our family home in Arcadia, Peloponnese.

It’s in this spirit of tradition and family that we are proud to expand the Mamakas experience beyond the restaurant and into the home. With that, we introduce our first pantry offering: Mamakas Early Harvest Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 

Our Early Harvest of the Manaki olive is cold-pressed and renowned for its fragrant and balanced flavour profile. Pressed within hours of harvesting, this is an exceptional organic olive oil that we are honoured to produce in partnership with a woman-owned olive grove.

From grove-to-table in just two months, this extraordinary Early Harvest is like nothing you’ve tasted before. Savour it, don’t save it: drizzle it over any dish, or simply enjoy it with fresh bread and a little sea salt.
